What I’m working with

This earlier email experiment combined policy rules and OpenAI decisions in a scheduled Worker. Shadow mode recorded the proposed action before anything touched the mailbox.

Mail Call later tackled the larger appliance: display, summaries, actions and recovery. I keep both stages in the history.
